• DM Group reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case liability will be limited to refunding the amount received.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate event details, permissions, and approvals.

• DM Group is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information from the client.

• The client is responsible for obtaining required venue permissions, licenses, and approvals unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and videos, is the property of DM Group and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DM Group shall not be held liable for:
